Own Brand products are good, I love their bakery section, but will not do regular grocery shops here as the prices are significantly higher than places I frequent. I generally use Sobeys for quick stops and baked yummies.

Great flowers at this location ... beautiful Rose's. Excellent florist with helpful suggestions.

Although there sushi is sub par (and thats being EXTREMELY nice) I still found myself feeling quite jubilant leaving Sobey's today. A nice and handsome young man by the name of Trevor made me the most delicious of sandwiches. He carefully placed my meat into two warm healthy buns and proceeded to decorate it with his delicious sauce. Masterful work from that lad, would definitely let him handle my meat again.

Had the most wonderful experience this afternoon in the deli. The loveliest little boy made the perfect sandwich for me in record time. If I do recall his name was Trevor. I’d be happy to let Trevor handle my meat any day of the week
