Ray (technician) always punctual, friendly, polite . Knows his stuff. Marry-Lou (office coordinator) always friendly and helpful setting up appointments and friendly reminders. Both a joy to deal with. Would not take my business anywhere else !

I just had my maintenance done on my furnace and humidifier by Ray (technician) and I am very happy with the service I received. Ray was on time and was very professional. Also he was really polite and enjoyed the company from my dogs and the cat. Great service as usual.

We just had our annual maintenance call for our furnace. Ray showed up on time and explained everything he was doing. Often maintenance guys aren't keen on having you look over their shoulder but Ray was very welcoming in that respect. I was impressed with the thoroughness of his examination. I recently had the maintenance done on my gas fireplace as well as the installation of a new thermostat in my home. Ray, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable concerning his work. The fact that he was also bilingual was a plus since I feel more comfortable expressing myself in french. Ray even took the fire logs outside to clean then in order to avoid making a mess in the house. I was very impressed with the overall great service starting with the quick response from the office for an appointment to the actual home visit.
