Cynthia had a logical answer for every question and concern I had. She was patient and made sure me and my husband were both confident in the choices we made. She was very knowledgeable and knew how to guide us. I especially appreciate this since this was a first time experience for us and we both went in there with no idea what we wanted. I would definitely go back and see her if we ever need a kitchen upgrade in the future. I give MR kitchens a 5 star because there's nothing I would improve. I have received great customer service that exceeded my expectations.”

“I recently had the maintenance done on my gas fireplace as well as the installation of a new thermostat in my home. Ray, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable concerning his work. The fact that he was also bilingual was a plus since I feel more comfortable expressing myself in french. Ray even took the fire logs outside to clean then in order to avoid making a mess in the house. I was very impressed with the overall great service starting with the quick response from the office for an appointment to the actual home visit.”
