“I love these guys, I really do. After a locally owned pharmacy sold their business, I tried PharmaPlus. Unfortunately, despite having specific instructions from my doctor, they continued to subsititute my meds with the "less expensive" version. I began going to No Frills as a result. The kindness I received here has been second to none. After learning about a pricing issue, one that had me paying $115 more than I should (close to a dozen times), I patiently tried to arrange a time for a refund. After arranging a time, Stacey, the pharmacy clerk, told me I had said a different time. Clearly I know what I said. As I wait here for my medication and refund, I feel disregarded and completely worthless as a customer, and I come here weekly. If it weren't for Stacey and her attitude I would give them 5 stars, hands down. I am not a rude person, but I am sick and sick of feeling mistreated - after all, they're the ones who made the mistake, not me. Stacey's blaming and poor attitude is a detriment to the pharmacy's customer service.”

“My mom, Elsie Sprague spent the past 11 months at Kentwood Park Nursing Home in Picton - She passed away recently - I want to let anyone who is looking to admit their loved one to a nursing home - this is the best that it gets. The staff are the kindest, most loving, happy and caring people anyone could ever ask for. I spent a couple of days and nights at my mother's bedside before she passed. I was able to experience first hand what my mom had been exposed to every day she was there. I heard from her room laughter, joy, compassion and the staff interaction at handling challenging situations with the same joy and understanding with the residents. I am so relieved that my mom had this kind of care and happiness surrounding her. I want to thank everyone at Kentwood Park. All of you are totally amazing. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!”

“They took the time to explain every procedure that was going to be needed to give me teeth that would not only look great but would also work great . I visited 2 other Dentist and not one of them took time to explain why I needed to have implants.No one showed me an exray or even felt the need to take one. Both Dentists spent about 8 to 10 minutes with me and both couldn't be bothered to explain anything to me at all. They wanted me to see a Dental Surgeon and then come back to there office to finish the procedure. I have never had a better experience at a Dentist before, I believe that this Dental Centre truly cares and has stayed atop of all the latest Technology in there field. And they are with you from start to Finnish with any procedure. Thank You”

“One of the people there is “MAGIC”!! I have terribly deep veins in my elbows and they always listen to me and 9/10 times hit the right vein on the first try 9/10 on me. Tanya, u know who u are and I love that u know to warm up my hand and hit “that vein” and I never bruise when u do it. So, thank you for making a frightening experience painless and bruise less for me. You take the time to listen to me and aren’t dismissive like the nurses at QMHC are.”

“Dr Johannsson has now been caring for my husband and me for approx 5 yrs upon moving to the county. Recently he took over the care of my 94 yr old mother as well. Yes you may wait but, be assured the wait is well worth it for the non rushed appointment interaction. Professional, informed, kind, knowledgeable, respectful, just a few of the examples of his approach to our care. You can be assured that if he can not find the problem then he will gladly without question send you off to a specialist for their opinion. I am a retired nurse with many years of experience. My expectations are high and they have never failed to be met. We feel very fortunate to have him as our family physician. His office receptionist Theresa is just great at her interaction with patients.She is always, helpful , kind, and respectful as well. They have worked together for many yrs and it shows.”
