(February 17, 2019, 2:24 am)My son attended a birthday party here and loved it. I’ve tried calling many times and they don’t answer the phone. You have to leave a message. So if I were to improve anything it would be that they answer their calls.

I can say with certainty you will be hard pressed to find anywhere more welcoming and enjoyable then CrossFit Bowmanville; all the while getting a great workout in.

(November 27, 2018, 8:47 pm)Excellent facility run by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean and well organized. Reasonably priced. Offers kids activities and youth sport training. Also offers in house physiotherapy.
(March 15, 2018, 12:53 pm)We had a Ninja Warrior birthday party for our daughters 6th birthday. The girls had a ton of fun and the parents that stayed loved it as well. Highly recommended and will be returning for our sons party.
