  Staff is exceptionally friendly. Child care is absolutely top notch. Both my kids have a great time. Everything is always exceptionally clean. Wish they had towel service like other locations.

  Needs better weekend hours. I can't possibly be the only parent that would like to hit the gym on a Saturday or Sunday after the kids are asleep. Even if it was open until 9pm on the Saturday, it would be an improvement.
  Decent gym otherwise but occasionally will also have people slamming weights and older folks socializing in groups, blocking machines.

  I go early on the weekends as I commute during the week. Gym is never busy early weekend mornings. The disappointments are: the smith machine rack are ancient, the bench press benches are archaic and should be upgraded, and the smith machines feel like 40 yrs old. They've upgraded some machines for their "circuit", but the things I mentioned make it suck for any serious lifer. The need to upgrade all these machines to "Hammer Smith" versions to keep up with every other Goodlife I've been to in the province. Not good.
