“I went to sleep country in Whitby, where the staff were very pushy, and the mattresses quite expensive. I needed a mattress and box spring for a guest bedroom, that doesn’t get used very often, and was feeling pressured at Sleep Country. Sleep factory was my next stop. Very friendly owner welcomed us when we came in. He asked what we were looking for and showed us our options. From there he left us to try all the beds in our own good time. I finally picked one. With the purchase, comes a free set of sheets or a mattress cover. I needed a mattress cover, but they were out, so the owner gave me a more expensive one. The mattress was in stock, so they loaded it in my truck, and I was on my way! The bottom line is they have great customer service, great selection, and I will refer them to anyone looking for a mattress.”

Like buying carpet from your friend. Second: The estimate visit to our home from Guy was very informative and very professional, with lots of explanation about how they would schedule and install the carpet. Again, he listened to the concerns of the customer. Like having a friend come over and give advice. Third: Installation. Very neat, clean, polite, professional. It was a lot more work than we realized! The installers explained things where necessary. Once again, it was as if our best friends were installing our carpet!
