The actual signs were a 5 rating. There was a lot of repeat back and forth from the local rep about the required date and address for the order. So I was concerned if it would actually happen. All that detail was noted in the original web order. Highly recommend specific reps have better communication/ tracking from the main website of the order details to avoid customer concerns or doubts. So due to all the date/address questions I am giving a 4 rating overall.”

They had a wider selection of shades available from their vendors than the other installers we requested a quote from, and their pricing was fair for the quality of product. We love our shades, especially the motorized feature we included on several of the larger windows. When we noticed one shade had a pulled thread in the fabric from the manufacturer, Mike went to work to get it replaced under warranty no questions asked.
