Built In Durham

We used Jim and Steve to renovate our family room fireplace. I am still in awe of the transformation! It does not even look like the same room. With the assistance of #Fireaway, #Pattonpower, #DoddsAndSouter and another contractor, our family room that we did not want to spend time before has now become our favourite room. Jim and Steve were personable, professional and very helpful. Their skills and knowledge are beyond words and they truly do want to make sure everything is right! We highly recommend them! Steve and Jim did a fantastic job on our floor to ceiling rock ledge stone fireplace. We are so glad we waited for Built in Durham to complete our family room transformation. From the beginning to the end they both showed professionalism when dealing with both of them. They exceeded our expectations and guided us through the whole process, also their recommendations were the best decisions that we made as our fireplace looks great. Steve and Jim kept us in the loop the entire time, the quality of the work speaks for itself, they both are meticulous and made sure that our home was clean when they worked and even when the job was done. My daughters are going to miss the conversations and jokes that they had with Steve and Jim, they even let my daughter put up a tile which was great. This company is amazing!! I found them off of google and seen they had good reviews so we decided to go with them. I am so HAPPY we did!  We are very picky when it comes to people doing work in our home. They were very patient with us from the beginning. Their workmanship is amazing. They have such easy going personalities which makes them great to work with. They were very clean and neat when they did the installation something that is hard to find now a days.  They are also great with animals too! ???? Highly recommend them!!

Jim did such a fabulous job with our built-ins that our family room has been completely transformed! It actually feels larger now with the wall-to-wall units surrounding our fireplace.
