I needed a new furnace ASAP and was fortunate to have Darrin Amell come to the house almost immediately to discuss all my options. I have dealt with Darrin previously and it’s a pleasure to do so. After the product was picked the installation was booked for the very next day!!!! The two installers were BRIAN and CORY and they were lovely. They were polite, courteous and very professional. They kept me up to date on what was going on throughout the entire process. You wouldn’t know they were even there as they cleaned up everything when they were done. Brian walked me through understanding how the new furnace worked. They were very nice and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!
Recently had our new equipment installed by Brian and Cory! Everything went very well and turned out just as everyone promised. A very clean and professional install by a couple of great gentlemen. I now can see why this company has this many great reviews!
I just Zach N. here to do my furnace cleaning. I found him to be professional and very thorough in his job. We have a dog and while we tried to keep him away, Zach was okay with him. He was clean in his appearance and very polite. He gave me an up date on the furnace and when I asked questions, he responded with good sound advice. Thank you Enercare for hiring such good workers.
Kevin Connolly came to check our a/c as some of our upstairs rooms were not cooling well. He thoroughly inspected the a/c system and pointed out things we could/should be doing differently and which would improve the cooling of our second floor. He also discovered that the damper was improperly adjusted and was completely blocking one duct. Within an hour the difference was evident. Kevin also explained the advantages of a new energy efficient unit. We would highly recommend him and the Enercare service.
Sean serviced our air conditioner today. He was a delight from the minute he walked in the door. Very polite and cheerful. He explained everything from start to finish and gave me pointers on getting the best performance out of the equipment as well as saving money along the way. With a heads up from him I was able to save almost half on my monthly protection plans. Thank you so much Sean. You made my day! ????
