One of the fixtures we wanted wasn't in stock so they took the floor model off the wall for us because we were in time crunch on our renos.... will definitely be back for our other lightning needs in the future.

Went to the general box stores and also to another lighting specialist - but none were even close to Osso when it comes to the variety of their lights but also their service. Really friendly, helpful folks. For example we needed to choose new LED bulbs for the lights and there’s so much to choose from, so they simply lent us a bunch of different bulbs to try and choose. Was a really nice touch. Super happy with the lights we chose. Will definitely become our “go to” store for lighting!
