“Very professional and a very useful service for people in chronic pain. If you think there's something magical about it and everything is going to go away that is not how it works. It's a way to manage your pain. It will not completely take it away. The staff are very nice and helpful, the doctors are fantastic. The office is clean and well-cared for. For a medical establishment it is very comfortable and once you are in the wait times are very minimal. Each appointment takes 10 to 20 minutes depending on how many needles you get or which doctor you get. You do need a doctor's referral to get in and there is a long waiting list to get in. Last year 2018 I waited 8 months.”

The staff of the Hearing Room are extremely knowledgeable about their technology and their products. I have been a rather crabby customer because I'm not happy about having to wear a hearing aid but they have made the transition seamless. Their after sales care is superior...in fact, I would say it is highly uncommon in today's marketplace. Their customer service is bar none. They are very flexible, friendly and highly skilled.
