“Dr. Hamilton has been my family doctor for at least 10 years now. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Every time I see him he asks how my mother and brother are, and he genuinely cares. He remembers my face and issues related to my personal health, which is amazing. He also takes any complaint or concern related to my health very seriously and refers me for testing or to specialists as appropriate. This has been the best patient/doctor experience I’ve had. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, do a good job working with your insurance provider to get things taken care of, and my Dentist, Dr. Kazi, she is wonderful. She is so friendly, kind and caring, doesn't rush you in and out as fast as she can. Takes her time to do a good job and make sure the patient is well taken care of. The clinic seems to be able to book appointments in a timely manner. The location is great, as it is centrally located and easy to find. “Parking is a bit of a challenge as spaces are very limited and cramped so I'd recommend getting there early (but parking isn't the responsibility of the service, to be fair). The service was really good, particularly during this pandemic. I was asked to wait outside before entering to ensure the space wasn't cramped. I was seen by receptionists quickly and dealt with very professionally. I didn't book an appointment so expected to wait for those who had booked one to enter first. Even with that, wait time was not bad. I suggest booking if possible but, as mentioned, wait time was not bad if you're unable to like me. In conclusion, I was impressed with the level of care and service.”
