I love this location. The people are super friendly and polite. They take the time to get to know you. They actually address you by your name. They make you feel important, like a real person and not just a number. They take pride in their work. The frappuccinos are amazing. The place is always clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Hats off to Michael, Kayla and Katie. These are the three who served me today. Keep up the great work!!!

Ordered a caramel cloud somethingorother for mobile pick up, came late and this barrista mde me another one because it deflated, no questions asked. Excellent customer service.

Nice mix of cool chill people and college students. Nestled next door to the UOIT campus, this location has a nice mix of cool chill people and students. Staff is really helpful... Mandy goes out of her way every morning to ensure that customers are satisfied

I love this Starbucks! The GM Mike is my favourite! He’s always so friendly and is able to make wonderful drink suggestions. I’ve been going since I moved here and I’ve never had a bad experience.
