Very good and helpful customer service. Currently dealing with issues on new phone and they are attempting to resolve problems in a satisfactory manner.

Got an even better deal then the prices I saw on the carriers website thanks to Rafay - worth stopping and checking out the promotions they've got going, you won't find them online. Also, potential for PC optimum points with some purchases or if there is a weekly promotion.

Mike was very helpful and gave advice on comparable unlocked phones. This location didn't have stock, but I was able to find it at another location. Thank you Mike, your help was very much appreciated.

I had the pleasure of being served by three sales representatives of this store over a period of a few weeks, Matt, Luke and Brandon. All of these young men were very knowledgeable and helpful with the issues I had with my phone.

My contract was up with Virgin and the representative that was in that day was Brandon. He was very patient with all the questions I asked and helped me upgrade my phone and my plan wherein I was able to save money monthly. Brandon explained the features, transferred the contact information etc. from my old phone to my new phone and showed me how the features on the new phone could be moved around etc.

After I had the phone a few days I returned with more questions and again Brandon walked me through some things I didn't understand.

I was very happy with the service and also that on some phones if you have a PC plus, PC masterCard or PC Financial card and signed up with the provider of your choice you received points for free groceries.

I would definitely recommend my friends to this location as the service is great (I didn't have to wait for someone to get to me). They were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Good job Matt, Luke and Brandon
