It's pretty decent and well priced. Just a heads up half sugar is still very sweet. Would get 20% if I were to go again.

Good product but there are at least two evening staff that do not understand that they should be working to keep orders moving instead of ignoring online orders coming in. More than once we've waited fifteen minutes for a pick up from an online order. When we get there, the store is empty and these two younger staff members are chatting up a storm while our order has not been made yet. Definitely need some training 101 of working in the restaurant. The rest of the staff we interact with (we are here at least twice a week) are super awesome and helpful.

Really cute location. This was my first time trying Chatime and my experience was very positive. Love the option to place an order with the machine at the front. The drinks we ordered were really good. Can’t wait to go back.
