“Watch your privacy issues with this owner. I was blocked from picking up my mom's medications because some person who wasn't even a member of the family or health care profession told them I was taking/stealing my mom's opioid meds. When I found out I asked to have this note rescinded. They asked if I had PoA. No, I did not but that I have always picked them up since 2005. Then I asked them if they had asked the same question of the person who told them I should be blocked. The reply was "I wasn't here". Truth be told, no one had PoA at that time. The owner never really did answer the question. From the ensuing arguments I think we all learned from this situation (I hope). But my mom cleared everything up once she got home from the hospital. I am picking up her meds once again. ●●UPDATE MARCH 5 2019●● We no longer do business at this store and moved our prescriptions to Wellness Shield Pharmacy in Blackstock, Ontario. I find the owner very knowledgable and he goes out of his way to help. They are not a big chain store and they also deliver (within a reasonable distance of course).”
