She unlocked the door for us but seamed to be annoyed and inconvenient that we wanted to try something on. On my way out I thanked her and I thought wow she really looks like she hates her job! “I usually love this store, products and prices are great. I recently placed an order online which contained sandals and a pair of winter boots which are for Christmas presents. BOTH PAIRS came unboxed and in a clear plastic bag, looked like I picked them up from a discount shop or something.... so please be aware that some of your shoes you order online may not come in boxes especially if they're for gifts! I did call customer service and they said I make a good point, but they can't do anything for me and the stores can't give me boxes but they will be sure to mention it to management 😒”
