(September 20, 2018, 10:07 pm)Went into their showroom in Whitby. Picked out a gas insert within 20 minutes, very helpful staff. They came out to the house to measure and verify the insert would work. The install was done quickly and professionally. The whole process from walking into the showroom to installed, 2 weeks. Outstanding!
