Miguel and Chris arrived on time and called me to confirm I was home. They finished my previous AC cleaning while they were waiting for me to return home without issue, and were very polite. They worked efficiently to compete our duct cleaning and answered all my questions without hesitation, and even provided me with some suggestions as well as before and after photos.

Chris and Miguel did an excellent job. They were quick, efficient and sensitive to the family and our noisy dogs. I'd strongly recommend them and Limcan.

Excellent service. Maddie was so thorough and efficient and picked up on a part which was no longer working at capacity. She also took the time to call her head office about a part that had been cracked the last time that air conditioner had been serviced. Maddie was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I called at 8:30pm and there was a technician out to my house by 11pm. The representative that came to my home (Scott) was amazing. He explained everything and made sure I understood. They also provided space heaters for us to use until the next day when we got our furnace installed the next day. Very professional.

Been using Limcan for years. This year our technician was Maddie. She is great. Was on time, friendly, thorough and efficient. We had not had our fireplace cleaned or serviced before. She serviced it and cleaned it all up and it looks brand new. She had really good knowledge of our current service package and made solid recommendation for our furnace support package for next year. We really hope we see Maddie again!
