We purchased a van here one month ago. It was exactly the van we wanted and the price was very reasonable, about $2000 savings from other dealers. The salesman John was very nice, and came in on a Saturday to accommodate us. He is very professional and helpful. Before we came to get the van, he had it plated it so we could drive it home without having to make another trip. It was above and beyond and certainly I recommend him as a motivated salesman.
Some issues emerged as we drove the van home (we live 3 hours away) and they seems quite serious to me. The van sounded like it was scraping metal under the tires! We had to pull over and examine the vehicle. My husband had a good idea what it was, but there was nothing we could do about it there, so we had to drive it the rest of the way with it making terrible noises the entire drive. The repairs cost over six hundred dollars before we could get it safetied and put on the road. One issue with the door is so expensive to fix that we cannot afford it. That door does not open. Now, after having it checked again because it was making sounds, it turns out we are going to have to replace the transmission. Estimates put the cost around $2000. Sigh. The vehicle was sold to us “as is”. I’ve given them 4 stars because the salesman John really was very nice and it was listed “as is”. This review is more for inexperienced car buyers like myself, rather than experienced ones like my husband. I did not understand that when a vehicle is listed “as is” it means that the vehicle has not been inspected or driven by the dealership that is selling it. I hope this helps someone who is new to this, like me, ask better questions and know what to expect. The dealership was as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. The onus is on the buyer to be aware and investigate. In order to have a guarantee that the vehicle will not break down within kilometres of the dealership, it must be classified as “certified”, NOT “as is”. Thanks all ????

If you want to deal with people who go above and beyond to make you happy, than this is the place. Ryan’s the kind of used cars salesman you want to believe exist everywhere, but know better. I felt like I was dealing with a human and not just a commission craving dishonest thief. Garrett was able to get me an amazing finance rate, even with my nonexistent credit.
