Very easy going guys. I called Ryan (Cool guy) for a used car, after putting an offer he got back to me for finalizing the deal. Everything went smoothly over the phone. I provide him my credit info, so he put the car on hold till I got there for Test-Drive and making my final decision the day after. They offered me a full refund in case I decided not to buy that car for any reason after Test-Drive. No Push or Force to sell their car which gave me piece of mind to decide . Also Dave helped us to go through this process easily. It's worth to drive all the way from Toronto to Whitby to have a deal with them.

Very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions. showed us different features the car has and how to use them didn't pressure us on how long we could be out for a test drive. Manager came over and introduced himself and asked if we were satisfied with our sales rep. Only downfall I found was parking was very limited.

We recently had major work done on my 97 Toyota Camry and an oil change on my husband's 2001 Buick. As we are on a fixed income it is important for us to keep our older vehicles running well. The Service Coordinator, Robyn arranged everything for us and the Service manager Mark made sure everything was done well. We were kept informed as to when our vehicles would be ready. The car wash was greatly appreciated at this time of year. Thank you again Midway Nissan. We will definitely bring our cars to you in the future.
