(December 7, 2018, 2:02 pm)This is one of my favourite places! Delicious and healthy food. Nothing pre-packaged, all made on-site. I'm a carnivore but the spiralized beet salad is one of my favourite dishes there! The soups and sandwiches are delicious and the desserts are magnificent! They even have vegan and gluten free desserts. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable.

(November 4, 2018, 3:43 am)What a fantastic job on this cake for my Grand Daughter. I would highly recommend M&R. We were reluctant to use this location due to previous owners neglect of customers and confirmed that in fact it was a whole new company. I am so glad we were able to discover that M&R has no ties to the previous run bakery in this location and was not disappointed with the end product. If you haven't been a patron since the new bakery opened I suggest a visit sometime soon.
