“I am in a tough situation I have a payment plan with the traffic court and its tricky because it's a few large fines slumped together and I'm supposed to pay 150dollars per month until may and then request another extension.....now I try to pay by phone and there are no options to do so and no attendant to help me with my problem now with no transport and the end of the month approaching how do I make this payment and how do I be sure that the proper fines are divided up the proper amount of money....does anyone have any advice please?”
