““A friendly boutique store not only for the Durham Bangladeshi community” A freshly painted and newly built store in Pickering for all of the Bangladeshi community in Durham and beyond. A customer-focused staff with a similar pricing structure to the one in Toronto. I was able to buy delicious sweets (Rosomalai), fish (Hilsha and Ritha), fresh goat meat, spices, rice, daal, some deshi drinks, kid's favorite mango bars at a very competitive price. I highly recommend at least visiting once to get the experience.”

“The store itself is great. Nice and big and lots of selection. However, I do not feel they have taken enough precautions during the pandemic. Carts are wiped down, but everyone is crammed together at the checkout. Every cash is open, so people are side by side when bagging their groceries, and they do not wait until the first person has bagged all of their groceries and headed on their way, before putting the next person through.”
