Factory Tile Depot - Burlington

The staff at Factory Tile Depot Burlington are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I know that they serve a variety of clientele every day, but seem genuinely interested in helping you select your tile. I was back and forth taking out different samples and the staff were always patient and pleasant. It is clear that they work as a team.

Great selection. Don't be fooled by the name. This place carries a full spectrum of product from cost effective to very high quality.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The team is led by Kathy. Kathy shows exceptional customer skills. We had ordered some tiles and had the contractor coming to install but warehouse in QC wasn't able to deliver on the given date. Kathy made some phone calls within tile depot stores and ensured that tile was received by the stores on time to meet our contractors schedule

Friendly and helpful staff with good product knowledge. They were a BIG help through a reno project from hell. Couldn’t ask for more at this price point level.

Great selection of tiles but the number of them can be very overwhelming. Fortunately they have great design team members to help narrow your search and provide options.

Price is reasonable but when they have a sale its fantastic!

My tiles had to be ordered in but they arrived quickly and didn't slow down my work.

I would recommend a trip to them if you are looking for tiles.
