The trades were terrific - they were very skilled, pleasant to work with, really thought about what they were doing and brought good suggestions for dealing with issues as they arose. Owners were good to deal with as well. The price was not the lowest for sure but they didn’t gouge me in pricing any extras. Only problems were that there were some oversights in planning (eg tub was bigger than the door so unexpectedly had to widen the door), the project took much longer than initially promised and I had significant difficulty getting some last details finished - I am still chasing to get these done!
