As soon as we walked into the store Joel came over to greet us who also took the time in discussing our needs in choosing a basement carpet for the stairs with the samples of flooring we brought in. Joel recommended a few choices and suggested we take home to try out. We installed the carpet and love it so much we returned to see Joel a couple of weeks later to purchase more for our upstairs and Joel provided excellent customer service. Thank you Joel for always making our visit enjoyable and helpful. I would highly recommend End of the Roll.

Went to plenty of other carpet and flooring stores, and none of them were taking the COVID-19 safety precautions as much, as this location was.
I really liked how they set up the sanitization station right at the entrance of the store.
Also the flooring that was installed is great and they provide top notch customer service.
Very satisfied.

Love this store. We just changed our carpet on stairs and it looks amazing. Price was really good. Customer service great. I definitely recommend this place.
