Kathleen King Desjardins Insurance Agent

So my wife and I were on my way for a road trip through Quebec, New Brunswick, PEI and back home to Niagara Falls Ontario. Made it to North Bay before taking a wrong turn and got into an accident. I called my State Farm (now Desjardins) agent (Kathleen King) right away. The admin person (so wish I could remember her name!) immediately asked if we were ok. When I said we were she indicated that everything else was just paper work and she would have us taken care of immediately. I was assigned an agent to take care of us. Before I knew it, the tow truck was there to take the car and us to the police station to file the report so we wouldn't have to wait hours for an officer to get to us. From there, the tow truck driver took us to the body shop in town to take care of the car. Shortly after, the rental car showed up and we were on our way in a brand new Jeep Cherokee. We had an amazing road trip and when we got back, we were told the car was a right off. State Farm did their homework to ensure a fair price for the replacement of the car which I was very happy with. I bought the same car and was able to drop the rental off minutes from my house. Everyone I dealt with was responsive, concerned for our physical and emotional health, as well as our level of satisfaction. Each phone call was ended with "is there anything else I can do to make this better for you". Amazing. Cant say enough. My name is Casey and I am a loyal customer!
