Went in on the week of the open house.
The open house included a short informative show about 3 animals, chinchilla, snake, turtles. The staff was very patient, kind, and funny! Once it was done we got taken to the back room for some science fun where we made "snow" again, very informative, and kind. The kids really loved it!
My only concern is they inform you to wash our hands after handling the animals. But they wisk you off into the back room so quickly to do the science portion right after the show then your touching the take home experiment and i mean they were really getting into the snow bits squishing it between fingers because she told them to.
Then its packaged up for you to take home, THEN they send you to wash your hands. If I'm not correct shouldn't they be washing after the show?
All and all its a good way to spend 45minutes.
