I have placed 2 orders at the Brampton location and moved to Burlington because of problems with service/delivery in Brampton.
Unfortunately, the same problems occurred at the Burlington location. They tell you a range of how many days you should expect delivery and then they don't contact you or honour the date. Instead excuses.
Also, when ordering a quantity of one large furniture item, they only provided a discount of 2.8% This is incredibly low compared to competitors.

We went to the Burlington store and made a purchase with the help of Christina who was knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and she did a follow up to see how delivery went. Good quality furniture, on time delivery and installation. Good job done by all.
