“On October 4th 2017 I went to the new Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, Dr. Correia was performing a surgery to repair my abdominal hernia, First off I would like to say how nervous I was, the staff and nurses as well as Dr. Correia were so kind and caring, I was at ease and very comfortable in no time at all and felt next to no anxiety all the way up to going to sleep. I woke up a short time after feeling great all fixed up, the surgery went perfect with no issues at all. Dr. Correia did a absolutely fantastic job, he has been very informative and his care for me before during and after has been awesome with a bed side manner that is second to none. I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile and instructed on their Covid protocols which made me feel confident of the cleanliness and safety of the business. Next the lobby was pristine and very inviting with lots of product to look at. Michelle promptly was out and introduced herself and led me to a room to discuss what my concerns were. She carefully listened to my needs and then proceeded to then give me options as well as thoroughly explained the procedures and then gave her recommendations. It was at that time I met Dr. Muhn, and he was super friendly, he made me feel so comfortable. Michelle supported me through every step of the procedure and then prepared me for what to do once I got home. I promptly paid and was left with a comforting smile as I said goodbye!
