Sam - the owner - is a gem of a person who understands the value of relationships and helping people in need. Ultimately he is in the business to help people and make their lives easier. He has always given me honest feedback on what I need and more importantly, how I can save money. My dad (in his 70s) was having issues and I was out of town. I called up Sam and he took care of everything. He was patient with my dad and made sure he understood what was being done and why. My dad asks a lot of questions but Sam replied to everything with a smile. My dad was so happy with the service that he now refers people to Cross Avenue as if it was his own son's shop.

It goes without saying - you can be the nicest person in the world but if you aren't good at fixing cars - no one will care to go to you. Sam is an EXPERT! Just look at all the cars in his shop!
