Shane installed my vents in my basement to get it ready for inspection. This was everything from a couple of dryers, range hood, and a few return and supply lines. The inspector recommended some changes and he made the updates. While I had to have him come back several times because of the logistics of working with Framers and Plumbers, he was able to accommodate. Shane is a knowledgeable professional.

Shane was a pleasure to have. He's very friendly, honest, thorough and diligent as a professional. His rates are also quite reasonable. Shane repaired all existing pipework and other small fixes (with no extra charge), returned the hot water heater back to Reliance and setup the warranty for me on my new hot water heater. Will definitely reach out to him again for any future work!

Shane is very diligent in responding to service call. I called him and he arrived within an hour. Very patient and courteous. Explain how to resolve minor issues and makes you feel comfortable during his service . A very decent individual. Blessings.

I would highly recommend First Choice Heating and Air. I had to call on a Saturday and Shane did not hesitate to go to my rental place right away and did not charge me emergency call fees because it was the weekend. He was there in 20 mins. I couldn't be there so he met my tenant. All it was was a dirty filter and blocked hose. Shane was honest about how small the repair was and just changed the filter and charged me very little to do the job. I was so impressed with his honesty and his customer service that I have passed his name on to two of my investment property contacts. He is an excellent choice when you are looking at potentially very expensive repairs.

Shane is very professional. He came and fixed my furnace problem within same day. Unlike others who suggesting replace furnace without looking into the equipment, he analyzed the issue and gave the cost-effective solution. He drove back and forth 3 times to get the spare part and have my furnace up and running in the cold winter right away. Besides, he spent extra time helped me claim the warranty. He is the person to go to for all HVAC and Heating and cooling projects. A person keeps his promise. Definitely, I will refer him to my friends
