Best spot for gourmet sandwiches. I recommend it for take out during the pandemic. Balsamic chicken is so very good, great portions. Does not disappoint.

I remember going to this place along time ago and it being a better experience. The place is in need of a face lift it looks pretty run down and although I understand it’s Covid times right now but chairs folded on top of tables and you kind of feel like you’re sitting in a storage room or a warehouse. The food portions were all right but you’re paying a hefty price for a sandwich. Also, they don’t have any sweets or pastries to go along with your coffee which I thought was very strange.

Fresh, flavourful, high quality sandwiches and a very friendly staff! Had 2 sandwiches, Pulled pork and Pork Loin - both very good and filling! Also shared a salad (Nova Scotia Salmon/Quinoa) - very tasy! Thoroughly enjoyed eating lunch here - will come back!

Food is always good and as a result it can be too popular. Then you feel rushed to get out as people are staring longingly at all the tables. One of the managers needs to lighten up and smile once a day they're sitting on a gold mine!
