“I gave it 3 stars because the service provider they use to clean Canada Goose coats is not satisfactory. There were still 2 visible stains on my coat, you'd think after paying almost $70 dollars the stains would be removed, and when I pointed it out to the young front desk lady, she didn't say or do anything to resolve the concern.”

“I contacted Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning the week of January 28th hoping to get the carpets in my bedrooms cleaned after a renovation. Kim was extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the services I required. She also was able to email me a formal quote in a very timely manner. The day of the service went smoothly. The technician was able to keep my front door mostly closed which was much appreciated as the weather was still fairly cool. The carpets were expertly cleaned and dry to the touch within 24 hours. The technician was also able to point out some stains that could not be removed (paint in a closet) and I appreciated the up front honesty. I would recommend Oliva and use them again.”
