“I went here a few weeks ago, I was interested in the brand but wanted to see the bags in person before buying online. I went in, it was pretty quiet which was nice. I was greeted, she then gave me space as I looked around. I was looking at the Mercer's but they were not what I was looking for, but then she came back and asked if I needed any help with anything. I asked for if there was any sale items she pointed me where and then I saw it.. the Jetset tote the perfect size for what I need... I was in love. She told me about the leather and everything and I was like I'll take it! The sales people were very nice and friendly and didn't feel like they were breathing down my neck! I will be back!!!??”
