“Great place, great time, run well and very friendly. Finally tent camping without a neighbour's RV air conditioning running all night or a person walking by your site every 10 minutes. Mike and Annie were happy to help us get our gear to our site which was a short walk from the parking. We could not see or hear another site from our location and as a bonus, there was a short walk to see some miniature horses, chickens and Mama the Goat.”

“We have been here for about two months. We love it! The owners are really friendly and always ask how we are doing. They have done a great job at making the campground a comfortable place to be in the winter time. We couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating place, washrooms are open all year round and are very clean. The sites are a little close together but in the winter time we didn’t have anyone near our site. Campers are friendly as well, we have made some very good friends.”

“Stayed this past weekend with three dogs for two nights in a small cabin. As previously mentioned, the noise from the 401 is loud. You can look out the window and see all the traffic on the highway. I like white noise when I sleep, so it didn't bother me very much. The bathrooms and showers were very clean, so I have to go against what previous posters have said. Zero complaints. The cabin was fine, had a lot of dead bugs, but that is camping. The beds are moderately comfortable, pretty thin mattresses. There is a small fenced area for the dogs, but it is VERY small. I have three dogs under 50 pounds and they could barely move faster than a trot, but might be nice for smaller dogs. All in all, it is a fine place to camp. I wouldn't hesitate to camp here again.”

“We enrolled in the Learn to Camp program here at Bronte Park and it was our first time to do overnight camping with my family. I think it’s good to learn about camping basics and especially for the kids so they also know how to set up a tent, build a campfire, how to deal when they encounter wildlife among other things. I particularly liked that we did not have to bring any camping supplies other than our personal bedding and food because part of the program is to introduce you to the camping essentials. Very useful to know before you purchase for your own so you won’t end up spending more for items you won’t really need (which usually becomes the case when you’re a newbie).”
