“I have had nothing but positive interactions at this clinic. The doctor is there in person on Wed & Fri at present. He is helpful and kind, very responsive to a patient's concerns. Both my husband and I have been seeing him for several months. Wait times are currently non-existent. The pharmacist is also very helpful and the receptionist also seems to care about people and is very helpful. All in all, one of the most positive experiences at a medical clinic in years. (When the doctor isn't in, you can do video visits at the site with another doctor.) Highly recommend them.”

Family doctors are knowledgeable and helpful, they go the extra mile to refer my family to the other services that are conveniently located. Walk-In times are moderate wait times. The doctors here are very thorough. When I took my daughter to the walk in for what I thought was minor cramps they efficiently had the necessary tests and had then analyzed to identify that she had appendicitis….before sending us to the hospital. The extra thought and time before sending us to the hospital was amazing. For all your health and specialist needs I recommend this clinic.”

“I see my dentist in this building on an annual basis. Recently they have added paid parking. I'm not sure why. Silly! Money, of course. No one really likes to pay for something that they were getting for free before. Professional office building is just fine. Has a little of everything including a laboratory and a cafe for light lunch and snacks in the lobby. The place is relatively clean and that includes the bathrooms. They often have artwork displayed in the first floor lobby that you can bid on for purchase.”

“This is honestly the best clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Johnston is my Family Doctor and he is just amazing. He really cares and spends the time to understand your health issues. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes before being seen. Daniel, Chantal and David at the Pharmacy provide the most exceptional patient service. Very professional, knowledgable and always take the time to answer all of my questions. I live in Cambridge and I'm willing to drive 40 kms to be taken care of by the staff here. Really says a lot about the level of service by the staff here! I highly recommend!!”
