Wow! What a great company, I’m an out of province visitor and I forgot the power cord for my CPAP. I called this morning and spoke with Tracey and gave her my story, she advised me they had some power cords from older machines that were available so that was great. I just dropped in to grab it when Tracey handed me the cord she told me she had tested it and it worked fine. When I asked what the price was she said just a smile! In this day and age who does that. I will likely never buy anything from them of course but that didn’t matter to them. Just a great experience and great service.
