“What a wonderful experience! Carolyn was able to fix my Dad's issue with his hearing aid within minutes. Her office/clinic has everything one could possibly need to repair a hearing device and she's very knowledgeable and shared quite a bit of information with me. Dad's hearing aid was quickly repaired, she didn't even charge for it since it was a quick fix. But her prices are fair and she's super friendly. So is her feline receptionist who greets you when you walk in :) Having just moved to Grimsby, this is truly a treasure of a find.”
