(December 16, 2020, 1:45 am)Had a wonderful stay to recharge our family's mental batteries. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Don't be afraid to raise concerns to staff members as they will likely work with you to resolve any concerns.
I highly recommend staying here during the week as there's barely anyone there so you have almost full access to the amenities without any wait times. The same thing goes for the sites and restaurants in the area during the week compared to the weekend. Nothing better than being the only ones on the Skylon's observation deck for over an hour! :-) -
