Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview

Staff was great. Pool needs attention as the floor is very rough. Kids loved the games room. Tub in our room had a very slow drain. Advised the staff on our way out. I've stayed here before, but I'm on the fence about going there again.

Scott is a life saver!!! We were in town for a dance competition and were kicked out of our hotel we’d been in for 2 nights due to over-booking. Scott was incredibly empathetic, helpful and fixed all our problems. Got us checked in with ease, great rooms with plenty of space and friendly staff. Cannot thank Scott enough for going the extra mile!!

Great location! Walking distance from the falls and with a iHop attached that makes for a delicious and easy breakfast experience. Rooms are large and very clean unlike some of the comments I have seen stating otherwise. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a little dated and could use some updates to make it more modern. Also, the room layout is a little odd. The TV is on a completely different side of the room from the bed and couch. Overall I had a good stay but my largest complaint is that we left the hotel to grab breakfast and came back an hour later to grab some items and the room service had it left open with the lock keeping the door from closing - at this time the room was not clean, no employees were around and anyone could access the room. We were not too happy about this.
