Cozy Inn

Johnson is a very friendly and accommodating host. The house is within a 15 minute walk to the falls. Very clean and quiet accomodations- and indeed, cozy!

Johnson & Lisa made our stay so memorable, not only by being so attentive and genuinely wanting our stay to be the best possible, but by providing very private and clean accommodations with parking included; an amazing nutritious and delicious breakfast each day; and a very comfortable bed. Additionally a small bar fridge in the room was stocked with complementary beverages! The location is superb given how close it is to the Falls and many of the attractions. Yet it is also far enough away from the hustle and bustle to get a great night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to friends.

Very nice B&B. The rooms were amazingly clean and spacious . We stayed in room 3 that shares a kitchenette with room 2. It has a large refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to my wife's gluten and dairy free diet while still making a very filling breakfast. I would definitely recommend this B&B to my friends. I was disappointed by the commercialization of the Niagara Falls area but this little gem is a 15 min stroll from the Falls, 10 min from the Skylon tower, and 20 from all that other stuff.

The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was completely over the top; it was amazing! There was more than enough to eat out on the table, then the owner came out with a hot plate of food for everyone! It was the first time I had ever had eggs benedict, now I'm in love with the dish (but have yet to found one that was as good as his). Highly recommend, if I ever go back to Niagra falls, I will definitely stay here again.
