Kings Inn Motor Lodge

Very friendly and helpful people. Nice rooms for a great rate. Located close to all attractions. The rooms have a coffee maker, small fridge and a hair dryer available for guests. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Desk clerk stayed late to check us in. Will stay there again on our next visit.

Motel was great for the price, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious and well worth the money. Even the TV's were nice. Pool was a bit cold but refreshing in the heat. Would be 5 stars but the wifi was broken for the entire 4 days I stayed here and I had to use a lot of mobile data. Regardless, I highly recommend this hotel in Niagara.

I'm sure happy to have found this Inn. The rooms are well kept. Service was friendly and very helpful. Rates were reasonable.
I plan to return to this Inn the next time I need a room..

Comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful bathtubith safety bar. Has mini fridge and flat screen TV. Only difficulty was with the sink faucet. Hard to get water flowing with old tilt handle. Parking lot just sealed so parking was tight but that's just a temporary issue. Easy walk to the Falls, Clifton Hill and restaurants. No free breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the attractions and sites to see in Niagara Falls. The room was clean and homey (comfortable). Will definitely come back. The price point is accurate. Very affordable.
