Ramada Niagara Falls Near the Falls

I would stay here again but many areas inside the rooms and in common hallways need to be renovated or redone. Hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Also has a pool, hot tub, fitness room and arcade.

I spent two nights at Ramada and it is one of the great hotels I’ve been to. The customer service was excellent, rooms and hotel was very clean, room service was great. I was given coupons for free attractions to some places and discounts for various restaurants. The hotel is about 10 minutes or less walk to the busy fun street area. Enjoy the walk! Many stores on the way. I would definitely go again.

Great service from the friendly front desk staff! Very friendly and accommodating even when they were extremely busy! They remained professional and provided excellent service. This was a second choice hotel that has now become my first. And the price!!! Unbeatable !!’
