My only complaint is that once you drive in, they have no signs nor did anyone indicate what happens next so I didn't know if I needed to stay in my car or talk to someone. It was pretty awkward, and I noticed I wasn't the only one who was confused. I think having someone greet you when you drive in or even a sign that says, "Hey, we will be with you in a moment, so just wait in your car" would be good.”
