After a wind claim Jason and Jim were quick to respond by phone & email and came out to the house to do an estimate. They made great suggestions and weren’t pushy. The workers were polite and efficient. We were always updated every step of the way and they handled the details with the adjuster and company. Absolutely would suggest using Promus to do any repairs.

You can't believe what raw sewage and sewer water will do to a finished basement. We had a bad flood in December 2013.Ten inches of water and sewage. Promus attended immediately after they were called. There were other homes in the area that were flooded and Promus were inundated with claims. Nevertheless, we never felt we were rushed or ignored. Their staff is professional They were able to address all our concerns. Their prompt response allowed us to stay in our home while emergency work was completed. The restoration work was completed on schedule. The trades that were used were first class and the finished basement is better than ever.I would recommend Stan and his staff for any type of Homeowners insurance claim.
