Exemplary service!!

We had a water-line break in Nov, 2020 that caused extensive damage in our house. We chose to have Steamatic oversee the entire 3.5 month restoration project from cleanup to completion, and were extremely pleased. Brad & Jay were quick to respond to our questions, even during "off" hours, and were ever willing to share helpful advice. Sub-trades were courteous, competent and cleaned up after themselves each day. We are grateful for the fantastic people who make up the Steamatic team, and recommend them highly!!

My husband and I recently had a flood in our basement. The Steamatic Niagara team was prompt and professional in helping with the cleanup! They had a team on site in about an hour and completed the whole clean up of our basement in 2 days! The staff were super friendly and efficient.
Brad was super helpful and supportive in explaining the whole process and making us feel taken care of.

Our store BookOutlet in St. Catharines had flood in the men's and women's washroom. F.I.R.E. was on the scene in less than 30 minutes to assess the situation and then with our permission proceeded to do an excellent job cleaning up the mess. Excellent service, highly recommended.
