Best gym I've been to. Lots of equipment, decent layout and great atmosphere. I'm glad I made the switch.

Bodyshop member for 4 months here, really really great place, convenient hours, clean, and brand new equipment thats constantly being updated, a turf section upstairs for crossfit what else can you ask for in a gym! I consequently cancelled my membership because of distance, but the owner was very understanding about it, and even gave me some great advice with some problems I was having with a martial arts gym! I will definitely be back, its a no bs kind of gym and its a great deal for what they offer.

Owner is down to earth and handles everything great! Very clean and well maintained. Great equipment, and the 24 hours of operation make it very easy for anyone to keep up with their schedule. It is never too busy, but the other members are very nice and not judgmental. It is worth every penny and would definitely recommend over any other larger gym company in the city.

Great costumer service, open 24-7, good prices, easily accessible and great location. This is probably the best gym in St. Catherines area. If you're serious about lifting, I would recommend to go here instead of the big chain gyms!

The body shop is an amazing gym. The owner is really friendly, and the place is in good condition. If you are looking for a gym that has everything in St. Catharines or the Niagara Region, the body shop is the place to to!
